A healthy happy
workforce leads to profitability
When
asking people about their health they often denote their present
state by saying they are healthy because they are not ill. They eat
‘healthily’ they ‘exercise’ and they’re not particularly stressed.
However, on closer examination you find that because of pressure at
work, and lifestyle they do not have a healthy life, but a life path
that is taking them towards illness. When illness strikes, it is
often too late to do something about it, unless the right steps have
been put into motion.
Companies suffer great financial loss each year because of
absenteeism which is preventable. Yes, there is life insurance and
health insurance, but these insurances are only there to cover when
disaster strikes and not as a preventative measure towards healthy,
active, motivated personnel.
With a sick or under-par work force a company cannot achieve the
output required in today’s busy workplace.
In our specialised programme we look at an understanding of
the underlying causes of illness as being the first step to illness
prevention, together with simple ways of avoiding stress and
sickness.
Our programme is also specially designed to look at personnel who
are nearing the end of their working life and need to go forward
into a healthy and active retirement if they are to benefit from
their years of saving for a pension.
My mission
statement is to help anyone seeking advice and support towards a
healthier and happier life. When illness strikes the pathway seems
lonely. There is so much conflicting information and advice and at
this time it is good to have a friend to help you realize that it is
not the end of the road. There is so much that can be done to regain
good health. Having been down that path myself and survived a long
time to change so many things, I am here to help those who are
prepared to seek, find and try many different avenues to health and
happiness.
